Saddler’s Woods: An Easy First Hike for Little Feet

IMG_3869_Original.jpg

I feeeeeeeeel like you are all gonna tell me this isn’t a hike, it’s a walk, but the day we went out it was all about state of mind! We decided to go on an adventure one Saturday morning, and after I got my iced coffee and everyone’s snacks and water bottles and sunscreens and hats and sunglasses and strollers and carriers and chapstick and the specific doll we call baby gaga- we were ready.

We walked for roughly fifteen minutes, got to a few benches, ate a snack, and then turned around. I’m fairly certain we spent more time getting ready than actually “hiking”. But we got outside, we had fun and. we were all together!

Saddler’s Woods has ample parking and an easy entry point for strollers. The path is shady for hot , sunny days. A little stream rambles next to the pathway.
